Q1: What web browsers does my LearnCenter support?
A1: Our LearnCenter supports users running Internet Explorer (IE) 5+ on Windows especially with administrator functions. The only functionality that will be missing for users in version 5.0 is the ability to rearrange the menu headers on the left hand nav bar in the Administrators control panel. IE 5.0 does not support the drag.
Q2: Does LearnCenter support Mac Users?
A2: No. Our LearnCenter is best supported by MS Internet Explorer. If you are using a Macintosh there is no guarantee that all the features of the LearnCenter will function properly.
Q3: I am using a Mac computer, why can't I see the edit control when I try to edit my courses and LearnCenters?
A3: The edit control we use is an ActiveX control, which only works on PC's running Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Q4: I am using Netscape as my browser, why can't I see an edit control when I try to edit my courses and LearnCenters?
A4: The edit control we use is an ActiveX control, which only works on PC's running Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Q5:  I am using Mozilla Firefox, will I have any trouble using your LearnCenter?
A5:  No; you should not have any problems using Mozilla Firefox.

Q6:  I have never used WebEx before.  How do I know I can?
A6:  You can test your browser and operating system by joining a WebEx test meeting.  Click here to join a test meeting:  Test Webex
Q7: Where can I download the WebEx player?
A7: Please click  here to download the WebEx Player to view recordings made during WebEx online meetings and webinars.
