Seth Earley is the founder and senior consultant for Earley & Associates, Inc. He has developed content strategies and implemented content management systems for a wide variety of organizations, including Motorola, Fidelity Investments, Progress Software, the Internal Revenue Service, and Gartner Group. His work has included projects for the IBM office of the chief information officer and content architecture for the GE Capital Virtual Boardroom, which spanned 30-plus business units. His most recent project was developing a global content strategy and global product catalog for a $15 billion manufacturer of telecommunications products. Seth has taught graduate courses in knowledge management and e- business strategy and is coauthor of Practical Knowledge Management from the IBM Press.

He is a popular speaker and workshop leader at conferences throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia, speaking on business and technology strategy, intranet design, knowledge management, content management (CM) systems and strategy, taxonomy development, and related topics.
