Click University welcomes you to the SLA Online Libraries - Leadership & Management and Knowledge Management. These ebrary databases cover a wide range of topics to enable business professionals to make important business decisions. From information on how to become a more effective leader to examining best practices from the world's most successful CEOs these databases are applicable throughout an employee's career path.
Key subject areas include: leadership, entrepreneurship, strategic planning, KM case studies, organizational behavior, personnel management, project management and risk management.

Using ebrary
Using the ebrary system is simple:
● Do a simple or advanced search
● Select a book of interest
● Read the book in full-text
● Navigate throughout the book using the ebrary Reader
● Use InfoTools to expand your research
● Save and manage research on your Personal Bookshelf

Searching
ebrary offers two search options, simple and advanced, e.g. searching by subject, author, title, etc., and supports Boolean searching and proximity operators – check under “Searching” in ebrary Help & Support for the specifics.
You can also browse and view the collection by subject. The subjects are listed per Library of Congress (LOC) classifications and are in alphabetical order within subject.

ebrary Reader
The ebrary Reader is a software application that works within your Web browser for Windows and Mac OS. With the ebrary Reader, while viewing a book and not loosing your place you can browse and navigate through the book, copy text, print pages, search within a book, search across all of the books, view definitions of words, access related maps, view biographic information by name, access encyclopedia entries for a word or phrase, and translate text.
The ebrary Reader is easy to install; simply follow the instructions under the “Getting Started” section of ebrary “Help.” The “Help” tab is located at the top of the left navigation bar in the LM Library.
If you run into difficulty installing the reader please check with your IT Department to make sure security settings are not affecting the installation process.

InfoTools
InfoTools is a key feature of the ebrary Reader that enables you to expand your research. With InfoTools you can quickly link to additional books in the ebrary Dynamic Content Platform (DCP) and access information on the Web simply by selecting words and picking a menu item.
For a complete list of all the InfoTools functions please review the “InfoTools” section of ebrary “Help.” The “Help” tab is located at the top of the left navigation bar in the LM Library.
