Surveying as a Planning Tool seeks to help information professionals maximize resource and service quality by building a framework to use in. surveying in the information center planning process, and specifically its application to strategic planning and quality measurement. This Click U Live! Seminar will provide you with skills to design, develop, and deliver surveys as well as to become familiar with evaluation and planning structures that help you make better and more informed decisions, create a vital and relevant service environment, and allow for closer alignment with your customers.

Part 2

Surveys have limited value without a larger conceptual planning structure, and in part 2 of this Click U Live!
