SLA members can now enjoy an 11 percent discount on all web-based distance learning offered through the University of Toronto's Professional Learning Centre (PLC.)

The PLC is dedicated to meeting the needs of information professionals and others interested in information issues or in learning new information technologies.  It is the largest continuing education program for the information field in Canada and one of the largest in the world.

Currently we are working with PLC to establish a secure connection that will allow current SLA members to receive the 11 percent discount immediately, as part of the registration process.
